FUTSAL LEAGUE RULES
- 5 players versus 5 players, one of which will be a Goalkeeper.
- 20 minute halves with 5 minute halftime.
- All players on a team must have the same color jersey.
- Subs on the fly, like hockey.
- No offsides.
- No goalkeeper punts, ball must be thrown in.
- No slide tackles, players cannot go to ground to steal possession back.
- All restarts and kickoffs are indirect kicks. Penalty kicks are direct kicks.
- No Throw-ins from the sidelines. Instead, the ball is placed on the ground and must be passed to a teammate.
- Free kicks and corners, the opposing team must be a minimum of 5 yards away from the ball.
- With a penalty kick, all players must be behind the ball except for the penalty kicker.
- Referee fees: $10 cash per game / per team.
