$240 per Athlete for the 6 week Program
This 6-week program is scientifically proven to help athletes prevent non-contact knee injuries and enhance their sports performance. This 1 hour training program focuses on technique development and performance improvement, equipping athletes with essential skills for injury prevention and movement efficiency.
Each session includes:
• Pre- and post-testing for strength, flexibility, and jump performance
• Dynamic warm-ups, plyometric exercises, strength training, flexibility work, speed, and agility drills
Athletes of all levels can benefit from this ACL injury prevention program, experiencing:
• Increased core, upper body, and lower body strength
• Improved neuromuscular stability for knee protection
• Enhanced jump technique, body awareness, and safer movement patterns
The program is tailored to the specific strength and flexibility needs of each sport, addressing individual athlete requirements.
Instructor:
Led by Nicole Goss, Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer at Ground Force Performance, who brings over 15 years of experience in helping athletes reduce injury risks and return to their sport stronger.
